We have bought furniture here for years and have always been pleased with their products, service and knowledge. Yesterday, when they delivered our sectional sofa, they discovered that one section was incorrect. The delivery person immediately called into the delivery coordinator and within minutes found out that they did indeed have the correct section in the warehouse. They removed the incorrect sofa, drove back 25 miles to the warehouse and returned with the correct section the same day to make sure we had our order completed as promised. (They drove all total of 100 miles to make our delivery). I appreciate their exceptional service and customer care.

We purchased a sofa, loveseat, recliner and bedroom suite from CHFG and were very happy with the product, price and customer service we received. We were told it would take 8 weeks for our furniture to arrive so we were delighted to get the call for delivery in 7 weeks. The delivery guys, Chris and Kareem were fantastic, carrying our new furniture up two flights of stairs, insuring it was set up and operated properly and then wiping it all down with a damp towel to get off and smudges they may have gotten on it during delivery. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service. Our entire experience with Custom Home Furniture Gallery was first class all the way, from our initial purchase to delivery and set up. We would highly recommend them to anyone .
