Delivery
Let us do the heavy lifting. We will deliver your new furniture or mattress purchase, set it up and make sure it meets all expectations. We also remove all packaging and trash.
Custom Home’s delivery specialists are experts in delivery and setup. Once your furniture arrives in our warehouse it is subject to a rigorous inspection process. We unpack every carton before delivery to our customers. Once out of the box, all furniture undergoes a detailed inspection by trained furniture professionals to ensure your new furniture is in factory acceptable condition. All pieces are securely blanket wrapped for safe transport to your home.
Set Up A Date
Once your furniture is received and inspected at our warehouse, our shipping department will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. We will give you a two hour time window so that you can plan your day accordingly.
Delivery Day Check List
In order to ensure your delivery goes smoothly here are a few quick tips to help you prepare:
- Existing furniture and accessories should be cleared from the delivery area prior to delivery so that the crew may complete the delivery with as little disruption to you, your family and your household as possible.
- Clear all hallways, stairwells and door openings of obstructions before the delivery crew arrives.
- Clear all pedestrian obstacles outside your home.
- Please be sure someone is at the delivery address to supervise your scheduled delivery.
- Any unpaid balance must be paid at time of delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal and certified checks. All checks must be made payable to Custom Home Furniture Galleries. Remember furniture can not be left unless it is paid in full.

Merchandise Pickup
All Pick Up’s are by Appointment Only.
Furniture will not be wrapped for pick up until after you have inspected it.
Pick Up Hours:
Mon-Sat 10am-11:30am & 1pm-4:30pm
Pick Up Checklist
- Make sure your vehicle is clean and as empty as possible
- Make sure any seats are removed from your vehicle
- Measure your vehicle door and trunk openings prior to pickup
- Measure the space inside your vehicle prior to pickup
- Consider weather conditions
- Consider how you will secure the purchase if needed (Our staff will load the furniture; but please remember it is your responsibility to secure it to your vehicle.)
- Call to confirm your appointment one hour in advance
- Have your invoice number handy
- Bring blankets, plastic, and tie down materials.
